1. General Information

Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Rang-e-Khaas®.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.


2. Ordering & Payments

Orders can be placed directly through our website.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • Bank Transfer

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before finalising their purchase.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement only.

After this period, orders may enter processing, sourcing, or stitching stages, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

How to Cancel

Cancellation requests must be submitted within the 1-hour window via:

Cancellation Charges

To cover administrative and payment processing costs:

  • UK orders: £20 + 2% of the total order value
  • International orders: £20 + 3% of the total order value

These charges are non-refundable.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Coverage

We ship within the UK and internationally.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 8–15 working days
  • Timelines begin from the next working day after order confirmation

Working Days

Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Courier service delays
  • Weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or geopolitical events

Such delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local taxes.

These charges are not included in product prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to pay customs duties or failure to accept delivery does not qualify for a refund.


6. Products, Styling & Variations

Rang-e-Khaas offers:

  • Unstitched outfits
  • Ready-to-wear outfits
  • Stitched & customised outfits
  • Bridal & luxury designer wear

All products are designer-sourced and often prepared specifically upon order.

Product Representation

The colours of products displayed online may vary slightly in person due to studio lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Such variations are natural and shall not be considered defects.

Styling & Presentation

Accessories including (but not limited to) extra fabrics, laces, embellishments, potlis, jewellery, or styling items shown in product images are for presentation purposes only and are not included unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Any additional fabrics, patches, or components included with a product will always be clearly mentioned in the product details.

Design Variations

Where exact embellishments or materials are unavailable, the closest matching alternatives may be used to maintain the overall design integrity.

Minor variations in fabric texture, embroidery placement, lace, or finishing may occur due to the nature of designer production and shall not be considered defects.


7. Designer Sourcing & Product Responsibility

Product descriptions and specifications are provided by the respective designers.

Rang-e-Khaas operates as a platform connecting customers with authentic Pakistani designers and does not manufacture the products directly.

As a result, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the product’s artisanal and designer-led process.


8. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies strictly and must be read in full before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if:

  • A physically damaged item is received
  • A wrong item is delivered
  • An item is missing from the order

Mandatory Requirements

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened
  • Complaint raised within 12 hours of delivery

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the claim.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Ready-to-wear outfits
  • Stitched or customised items
  • Bespoke / made-to-order outfits
  • Orders with incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal dissatisfaction
  • Colour or design variations
  • Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs
  • Refused or uncollected shipments

9. Order Accuracy & Claims

Customers must ensure all shipping and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

In the case of missing or incorrect items, customers must follow the claims process outlined above within the specified timeframe.


10. Refused, Failed, or Incorrect Deliveries

Rang-e-Khaas is not liable for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect contact information

Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


11. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to:

  • Offer a suitable alternative
  • Issue a refund where applicable

12. Limitation of Liability

Rang-e-Khaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delivery delays
  • Customs-related issues
  • Designer production variations

Liability, where applicable, is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
