Shipping Policy – Rang-e-Khaas

At Rang-e-Khaas, we bring you premium, made-to-order ethnic wear. As most outfits are sourced, stitched, or prepared specifically upon customer order, shipping timelines may vary. We strongly encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Shipping Timelines

The delivery time for your order depends on several factors, including:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method selected

  • Courier capacity and operational delays

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Geopolitical situations, war conditions, airspace restrictions, or international disruptions

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen global events

Please note that geopolitical issues, war-like situations, or any international disruptions are completely beyond our control. In such conditions, delays may occur, but orders will still be processed and dispatched as normal. These delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.


Standard Shipping & Delivery

Total estimated delivery window: 8 to 15 working days

1. Handling & Craftsmanship (3–8 Working Days)

Includes order confirmation, sourcing, stitching (if applicable), and quality control. Processing begins the next working day after order confirmation.

2. International Transit (5–7 Working Days)

Once dispatched, your order is shipped via premium international courier partners. Tracking details are shared once the parcel is in transit.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 Working Days


Made-to-Order Dresses (Special Terms)

Certain items are made-to-order and require additional production time.

Production & Delivery Timeline: 5–8 weeks from order confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Approval

Customers will be contacted via email or WhatsApp to confirm order details including size, design, and customization.

Cancellation Window (Made-to-Order Only)

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this, orders are final and non-cancellable.

No Refund / No Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of these products, all made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable after the 24-hour window.


Working Days

  • Monday to Friday are working days

  • Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not working days

  • Shipping timelines exclude weekends and public holidays


Order Confirmation

Customers must carefully verify:

  • Product selection

  • Size & stitching details

  • Delivery address

Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.


Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide including UK, Europe, USA, and other international destinations.

Customs duties, VAT, or local taxes (if applicable) are payable by the customer.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in non-delivery, and such cases are not eligible for refunds or compensation.


Courier & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped via trusted international courier services

  • Tracking details are shared after dispatch

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect


Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier backlogs

  • Weather disruptions

  • International transit delays

  • Geopolitical instability or global conflict situations

Such delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or cancellations.


Failed Delivery / Refusal to Accept Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the parcel after dispatch, Rang-e-Khaas will not be responsible for refunds or replacements.

Any additional shipping or return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellation Policy (Shipping Related)

Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

After this, processing begins and cancellation is not possible.

Cancellation Charges

  • UK customers: £20 + 2% of order value

  • International customers: £20 + 3% of order value

These charges are non-refundable.


Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Additional re-shipping costs
