Orders can be placed directly through our website.
We accept the following payment methods: debit/credit cards, Klarna, and bank transfers.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
There are no restocking or handling fees for accepted returns.
We deliver both within the UK and internationally.
Typical delivery times are 7–10 working days, depending on location and product availability.
We do not offer next-day delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.
Rang-e-Khaas offers a wide range of pret, stitched, unstitched, customised, and bridal collections.
We also provide custom stitching services upon request.
All our products are handcrafted, designer originals imported from Pakistan.
Colours and fabric textures may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Minor variations are not considered faults.
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
However, if you are not completely happy, please review the following policy:
Damaged or faulty products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for review.
Worn, used, or altered items will not be accepted for return or refund.
Each returned product will undergo a thorough inspection before approval.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Custom-made or bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item, unless it was received damaged or faulty.
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours after being placed.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative, store credit, or refund.
Rang-e-Khaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
