At Rang-e-Khaas, every outfit is chosen with care to reflect timeless elegance and authentic Pakistani craftsmanship. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.

Return Window (Important)

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: refunds are only applicable to damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items and are subject to the detailed conditions outlined below.

General Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable to unstitched outfits under the eligibility conditions listed below.

Ready-to-wear, stitched, customised, and made-to-order outfits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once an order is confirmed and enters processing or stitching, it cannot be cancelled.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Each returned product will be inspected before a refund is approved.

Ready-to-Wear, Stitched & Custom-Made Items

All stitched and ready-to-wear outfits are prepared according to customer requirements.

Therefore, no refunds or exchanges are offered on:

  • Ready-to-wear items

  • Stitched orders

  • Custom sizing or design modifications

Orders stitched based on incorrect or unclear measurements provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Bespoke & Custom-Made Items — UK Legal Notice

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke and custom-made items are exempt from standard cancellation and return rights.

Refunds are only possible if the item is proven faulty.

Minor variations in colour, fabric texture, embroidery placement, lace design, or embellishments are not considered faults.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • The item arrives physically damaged

  • The wrong item is received

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened

  • Issue reported within 12 hours of delivery

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • The complaint is raised after 12 hours

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The complaint relates to personal expectations

  • The item is stitched, customised, or altered

  • Incorrect measurements were provided

  • The parcel is rejected due to customs duties or customer refusal

Minor colour and texture variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution and are not considered defects.

Accessories shown in images are for styling purposes only unless stated otherwise.

Rang-e-Khaas acts as a sourcing partner for authentic Pakistani designer outfits. We do not manufacture the products ourselves. Product descriptions are supplied by designers.
