How long does delivery take?
All orders are delivered within 14–29 business days. This window includes custom stitching time. Once your dress is ready and dispatched, it ships via DHL, DPD, Skynet, or UPS with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Is custom stitching included with every order?
Yes. Free custom stitching is included as standard on every order — there is no extra charge and no minimum spend required. Submit your measurements at checkout in the order notes, or send them via WhatsApp before or after placing your order.
How do I submit my measurements?
Add your measurements to the order notes at checkout, or message via WhatsApp at +44 7458 935470. The required measurements are: chest, waist, hip, and height. If you are unsure how to take your measurements, the support team will guide you through it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders are shipped worldwide to over 50 countries, including the USA, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and across Europe. All international orders are fully tracked through DHL, DPD, or UPS.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom-stitched items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or as the wrong item.
Can I return a custom-stitched dress?
Custom-stitched dresses are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent. Each dress is stitched specifically to your measurements. If there is an issue with your order, contact us via WhatsApp or email and it will be resolved promptly.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use the link provided to follow your shipment in real time through DHL, DPD, Skynet, or UPS, depending on which carrier handles your delivery.
